"Unreliable "

I am so fed up of this company it's now become a joke

I orderd over £500 worth of flooring for my new home. I was told it would take 3 weeks. I also did not get a detailed receipts as the till was not working so they said. They told me they would call me when it was ready and send a receipt by email which I never got. After a month or so I went in to ask what was going on they said they were still waiting for the floor. I waited another 3-4 weeks and still did not here from them.

After going in again I was told that the company that I had ordered from had closed down and I could not get my flooring !!

I couldn't belive what these people were saying to me after I had taken my hard working money to get the floors for my kids bedrooms and mine.

I had to really debate with the staff to say no way was I not going to get my flooring. They them said ok but they didn't have the floor I ordered and I couldn't get my money back. So I ended up with flooring I didn't really want. When the fitter came to fit the flooring

It was three packs short. As he had already laid the other 5 packs

I went back to floors to go and told them. They said I got the measurement wrong and wouldn't give me the packs. As the fitter was waiting to fit I had to go to the floors to go in Birmingham and buy other flooring as they did not have the same thing so I had to buy something similar which I was so annoyed about. I went back to the Dudley branch and showed them the measurements, he agree that he had given me three packs short. I asked for the money back £95.00 I had to pay for the extra packs, they are still messing me about and have not given me the money back, they keep telling me they have to contact refunds department or something like that. In total I have been to the shop around 8 times over the floor I just want my money back and an apology would have been nice instead of giving me the run around and messing up my bedroom. I am one very annoyed costomer. .
