"Useless people"

Useless had my sons car in twice he paided two grand the first time round had it back a couple of days then it broke down again what kind of people work there the useless kind who dont know what they are doing. my son has got no receipts or job sheets to find out what they replaced he does not even know whether they are brand new parts.

we will never use them again.
